Pete Mac Innis, Chairman of the Board
Pete founded DealerCentric in 2003 and runs daily operations as CEO, bringing 30 years experience in the automotive industry. Pete began his career with WFS Financial where he spent 14 years in various management positions that helped grow the company from $100 Million in assets to over $4 billion serviced. While the current holder of the President's Cup, awarded to the top producing department manager in the Bank, Pete left WFS and co-founded auto finance company Onyx Acceptance in 1993 which went public in 1996 and was acquired by Capital One in 2005 for $191Million. DealerCentric’s Get Pre-approved in Seconds program is recognized as the industry leader for online credit application programs. Pete has transcended his vast auto finance experience to the web, providing a better sale and finance experience for consumers and a more efficient process for the automotive industry.
Bruce Bates, Director
Bruce is the founder and owner of RISA Technologies, an established leader in structural analysis and design software since 1987. As a registered professional engineer Bruce brings over 23 years experience in software development and marketing. From general building and manufacturing firms to petroleum and power companies, RISA Technologies’ internationally top-rated software tools for structural engineers are used across multiple design categories demonstrating the versatility of its products. 24 of the 25 top design firms use RISA software to help them achieve their goals. Bruce is also on the board of BQES, Inc., a company that develops accounting and time management/billing software with an emphasis on web based applications.
Shane Dever, Director
Shane Dever is Vice President of Performance Automotive Group, a family owned Auto Dealership Group. Shane served as a vice president in the investment banking division at Presidio Financial Partners. Shane joined Presidio in 2000, and headed Presidio's automotive and auto technology practices until April 2012. Shane has advised on M&A and capital raising transactions totaling nearly $1.5 billion including acquisitions such as BZ Results to ADP, Bar None to First American, Third Coast Media to Reynolds & Reynolds, OnStation to Cobalt Group and NetworkCar (Reynolds) to Hughes Telematics. Shane graduated from Washington & Lee University with honors with a degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in finance and Japanese. His honors thesis was entitled, “Consolidation of the US Auto Retail Industry.”
Peter M. Rubin, Director
Peter M. Rubin is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Atlantic Capital Group's operations, corporate governance and compliance. In addition to the firm’s operations and strategic planning, Mr. Rubin is responsible for origination and structuring of transactions and investment due diligence. Mr. Rubin has an entrepreneurial and legal background with more than a decade of experience in private equity investments. His previous investment activities have had a particular focus on securitized debt transactions and real estate development projects. In addition Mr. Rubin has more than 14 years experience as a litigator and transactional attorney. He currently sits on the boards of Carchex and Affordable Hearing Networks and serves as an executive board member (Treasurer) of the Charm City Youth League. Mr. Rubin received a BA in Political Science from Duke University and his Juris Doctor from University of Baltimore School of Law. He is a member of the Bars of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Vince Scardina, Director
Vince brings 30 years extensive professional experience in Financial/Treasury Management and Strategic Planning within public and private financial service organizations. Vince joined Hyundai Motor Auto Finance as their National Manager of Financial Analysis in 1990. Vince joined start-up auto finance company Onyx Acceptance Corporation in 1993. As EVP, Treasurer, Vince managed all retail bank, investment bank, trustee, surety, and rating agency relationships, negotiated all credit facilities and financings including a $100 million renewable unsecured subordinated note, over $1 billion in warehouse lines and priced and structured asset sales, public securitizations and origination flow programs totaling over $4 billion. In 2006, Vince co-founded GrayPoint Auto Finance as Chief Financial Officer, raising $10 million venture capital, $32 million subordinated debt, $150 million in warehouse lines and grew assets to $175 million within 24 months. Vince holds a B.S. in Engineering and an M.B.A. in finance/accounting from U.C.L.A. Vince joined DealerCentric in 2009.

The senior management team has a long proven track record, formally as co-founders and key management of an automotive finance company that sold to Capital One Auto Finance for $191 million.

Regan E. Kelly, General Counsel
Regan brings more than 30 years of experience in the banking, automotive financial, and software services sectors and is a lawyer. Regan was Senior Vice President and a Director with Western Financial Savings Bank from 1985 to 1993 and General Counsel for the bank’s holding company, Westcorp (NYSE: WES). Westcorp was acquired in 2006 by Wachovia Corp. Regan left WFS and co-founded auto finance company Onyx Acceptance in 1993. The company, which went public in 1996was eventually acquired by Capital One in 2005. Regan served from 2000 through 2007 as co-founder and Executive Vice President of SafeTzone Technologies Corporation, a software solutions company. Regan joined DealerCentric in 2010.
Dennis Stout, Chief Credit Officer
Dennis Stout brings 30 years of automotive industry experience. Dennis began his career in Automotive Finance in 1984 with Morris Plan as a branch manager. In 1987 Dennis joined WFS Financial as a loan officer. Dennis joined Onyx Acceptance in its start-up phase in 1993 and became Chief Credit Officer and developed the underwriting scoring system and automated audit system. As Chief Credit Officer, Dennis was responsible for compliance, loss prevention and the loan officer training programs for origination flow programs totaling over $4Billion. In 2006, Dennis co-founded GrayPoint Auto Finance as Director of Dealer Risk in 2006.
Gary Guthary, Chief Technology Officer
Gary has over 13 years of well-rounded IT experience ranging from data entry management through enterprise-wide restructuring and integration projects. Gary is highly seasoned in diverse, integrated cross-platform environments supporting business-critical infrastructure, system migrations and integrations including sales force automation, billing, GL and loan servicing. Gary has been in the auto finance industry for over 7 years, supporting loan originations, servicing and accounting systems. Previously Gary held the position of IT Manager at Craftmaster Enterprises and Capital One Auto Finance. Gary holds a BA in Sociology from California State University Fullerton. Gary joined DealerCentric in 2010.
Cindy Cook, Chief Operations Officer
Cindy brings 20 years of automotive industry experience. Cindy began her career working for a sub-prime auto finance company before joining WFS Financial in 1990, becoming the top producing loan officer for the bank. In1993. Cindy joined Onyx Acceptance in its start-up phase as the first hired employee, became the top producing loan officer and climbed the ranks to Dealer Center Manager in 1998. Cindy managed Onyx’s largest auto finance center, generating over $20Million per month in loan originations. Cindy joined DealerCentric in 2006.
Ken Suprenant, Vice President of Sales
Ken brings 20 years of automotive industry experience. Ken began his career with Manheim, the world’s largest vehicle auction chain as Assistant General Manager where he had the highest net profit margins out of 62 locations for 3 straight years. Ken left Manheim in 1996 to start-up the remarketing division for AutoNation, the world’s largest auto dealer group. In 2000, Ken joined Automotive Finance Corporation ADESA as Vice President to start up their Sales and Marketing Division where he built a national sales force that supported 87 branches, 400 employees, and 65 auctions supporting 21,000 customers, while increasing receivables to $800Million. Ken also held senior sales management positions at ARG, Bar None and Jumpstart Marketing prior to joining DealerCentric in July 2010.
Allan Cooper, Vice President of Business Development
Joanne Wilson, Director of Loan Administration
Joanne Wilson brings 38 years of credit experience from two financial institutions. Joanne began her career with B of A in 1972 in the lending environment which for the majority of 13 years purchased auto dealer contracts and managed flooring/leasing lines as an auto dealer account officer. Joanne joined Kaiser Permanente Federal Credit Union in 1987. As a loan administrator for most of the 25 years, Joanne played an integral role in the historical evolution in this institution growing from a not for profit credit union to a fully capitalized federal bank (became Kaiser Federal Bank in 1999) during her tenure. Joanne's responsibilities included supporting loan originations (consumer and real estate lending including multi-family and commercial), servicing, loss mitigation, internal asset reviews, and accounting. Joanne also served as a member of Credit Committee and as the lending liason for the institution's CPA firm, bank examiners, FHLBSF, HMDA reporting and attorneys.
Cheri Norgaard, Human Resources/Facility Management
Cheri Norgaard brings 30 years diversified management experience from accounting and HR to operations and sales. Cheri’s resume includes 8 years in the auto industry as contract administrator for Mazda North America, 4 years in financial planning and insurance sales, and 4 years as market data analyst and billing coordinator for Hewitt Associates. In 2003, Cheri entered the entrepreneur world as founder of Glass Ceiling Productions LLC, - Up the….Corporation educational board game distributed through major universities in the U.S. Cheri joined DealerCentric in 2008.
